How to activate your UHC card (Unofficial guide)

Before you start, have your UHC card, your date of birth, and the ZIP code on file ready. For security-sensitive actions like activation, always use the official site: activate.uhc.com.

1. Go to activate.uhc.com in your browser.
2. Enter the requested details exactly as they appear in your plan records.
3. Create or sign in to your account if prompted. Use a unique, strong password.

Create or access your online account
